There are 13 students presently in the 3-6 class with 6 in Year 6, 3 in Year 5, 2 in Year 4 and 2 in Year 3. Mr Kerr is the class teacher with Mrs Lodewijks taking the class on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons and after recess on Thursday. Mrs Hay visits for Scripture each Tuesday afternoon.
This term we are continuing our unit of work on ‘Our Identity’ – examing what is an Australian identity and the contributing factors in its development.
As well this term we are preparing for our band’s concert tour in November following our success in Radio 2WS-FM’s Rock and Roll Primary Competition.
